Bumi Plc has announced will conduct General Meeting, on 17 December 2013 in London. This General Meeting has been agreed by 97.47 % and 2.53 % againts this meeting. However the General Meeting will be conducted as schedule to discuss all issue related Bumi Plc.
General Meeting should be conducted on 4 December 2013. General Meeting will discuss about "Separation" and additional part of Samin Tan in Bumi Plc.
The decision of General Meeting will have big impact to all shareholders. Everyone is waiting what will be happened next week.
